Red, White & Blue-ti-ful

Independence! Ahhh… Imagine how life would be without freedom? We Americans have so much to be grateful for.

Fireworks and picnics are a great way to celebrate our country, but in the process, lets remember what we’re actually celebrating. Lets remind our kids to reflect on what it means to be an American and how the privilege is ours due to the bravery and patriotism of amazing people. People who’s pride, visions for liberty and unity, and the actions taken to deliver us to this celebrated day. A commemoration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. July 4, 1776. That’s when signatures were initiated anyway. It didn’t have all signatures and become official until August 2, 1776.

We’re taking the wow factor to the next level as we reflect on the fact that that document was signed right in our back yard at Independence Hall in Philadelphia and the building is still standing.

The original Declaration is now exhibited in the Rotunda for the Charters of Freedom in Washington, DC.

We’re closed in celebration of the day and will re-open Wednesday at 11:00am. Stop by and take advantage of our 40% off sale. Happy Independence Day everyone. Hope you have a fun day!
